His work includes negotiating, sourcing growth opportunities and creating added-value in real estate projects. Serving as Messis Capital’s Chief Business Development Officer, Yusef oversees acquisition of new projects as well as business-plan management to ensure consistent alignment with the company’s values and principles.

Yusef’s philanthropic concerns have lead him to serve on the Board of Crete Academy, a primary school, where he champions early childhood literacy and financial literacy for adults. He is an active alumni at UCLA where he holds a degree in Business Economics.

As senior controller Stacy Sand, CPA brings over 25 years of quality work and excellent service. As account manager, Tammie Parks, CPA is responsible for success with income and expenses, financial functions, accounting operations and organization. Her mastery in budgeting, financial reporting and compliance with a real estate industry focus, continues to elevate our investment approach.

As construction manager, Jose Cuautle has more than 20 years of operational experience in Metro Los Angeles with a reputation for construction dedicated to service and quality. He prides himself in taking on local projects that others would call “difficult,” for the simple reasons that first, he understand the specifics of the community needs and, he gains inspiration from the task of community development. His mastery in construction management focusing on optimal labor and materials deployment adds to our continuing success and profitability.
